Two paddleboarders were rescued on Tuesday after being swept out in the Gulf and unable to get back to shore. The rescue occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the Gulf, off the coast of Pasco County, Florida.
The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call and dispatched a helicopter to assist in the rescue. The two paddleboarders, whose names have not been released, were safely recovered and returned to shore. They were reported to be in good condition.
