A 64-year-old Port Richey man, Emanuel De Viveiros Di Vieira, was arrested on June 25th after Pasco County Sheriff’s Office detectives alleged he requested nude photos from a 14-year-old girl. According to a Pasco County Arrest affidavit, Vieira was charged with Use of a Computer Service to Seduce or Solicit a Child, a third-degree felony, and Unlawful.
The incident occurred in Pasco County, Florida. Detectives with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation that led to Vieira’s arrest. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is handling the case, and Vieira is being held at the Pasco County Jail.
