WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. – Pasco County Fire Rescue Engine 13 D-shift responded to a call in the Lexington Oaks neighborhood after an owl was stuck in the base of a tree. The rescue took place on Monday night.
According to Pasco County Fire Rescue, the owl was rescued with “gentle hands and a whole lot of care”. The firefighter carefully plucked the owl from the tree, and it was later released back into the wild.
