PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A Pasco County pastor, former sheriff’s deputy, and self-declared 2028 candidate for sheriff has been arrested following a multi-year investigation involving multiple juvenile victims. According to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office, 57-year-old Angelo Musicaro was taken into custody on April 2, 2026, on multiple felony counts of lewd and lascivious molestation involving children under the age of 12.
The investigation, which began in 2020, revealed that Musicaro, who was a pastor at a local church and a former Pasco County Sheriff’s Office deputy, had allegedly committed multiple acts of child sexual abuse against several victims. The Pasco Sheriff’s Office worked in conjunction with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and other agencies to gather evidence and identify the victims. Musicaro’s arrest was made possible through a tip from a concerned citizen and subsequent investigation.
