PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A fawn rescued from a 500-acre brush fire near State Road 52 and Ehren Cutoff in Pasco County is being treated at a local sanctuary. The firefighter spotted the small fawn while battling the fire.
The fawn was untangled from debris by a firefighter, and then it was taken to a local sanctuary for care. The Pasco County wildfires burned more than 500 acres. The sanctuary did not provide further details on the fawn’s condition.
