Valdes, of 5059 Mockingbird Drive, was arrested on July 1 and charged with three counts of Sexual Battery on a Child 12-18 years old.
The alleged incident occurred at Valdes’ home in Ridge Manor, Hernando County, Florida. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation, which led to Valdes’ arrest.
