Frances Mary Austin, 76, of Lecanto, Florida, passed away at Tampa General Hospital Crystal River on May 4, 2026. She was born on November 26, 1949, to the late Theodore and Marion (Miller) Elmore, in New York, NY.
Austin was a resident of Citrus County, which includes the cities of Crystal River, Inverness, and Lecanto. The community is mourning her loss.
