Citrus County Chronicle reports that Crystal River High School tennis players, junior Ryan Berlin and sophomore Bryson Hughes, have qualified for the state tennis championships. Berlin and Hughes, both members of the Canes tennis team, secured their spots at the state tournament after competing in the regional tournament.
The regional tournament was held on Monday, April 1, at the Withlacoochee Community Tennis Center in Dunnellon. Berlin and Hughes won their matches, earning them a spot at the state championships, which will take place on April 19-20 at the Frank Ziegler Tennis Center in Orlando.
