The Dunnellon Chamber & Business Association (DCBA) has recognized Tara Ballantyne, known as “Tupperware Tara,” as its Business Partner of the Month for February 2026. Tara began her Tupperware journey in 1995 and rejoined the business in 2016, making it her full-time focus in 2017.
Tara has adapted her business to include online gatherings and popular Themed Tupperware Bingo Parties, which take place at various locations and times. Upcoming bingo events include: February 28 at 11:30 a.m. at Beans & Greens Coffee House in Crystal River, and March 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Holiday Builders in Citrus Springs, which is 80s-themed.
Tara’s energy and passion for her business and community are contagious, and she has become a familiar figure in Citrus County. Her business has evolved beyond traditional in-home parties, and she continues to be a popular presence at local events, including the Two Rivers Music Festival & Food Truck Rally.
