Seven Rivers Christian Church in Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida, broke ground on a new high school on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 9:00 AM. The church, located at 8631 NW 142nd St, Crystal River, FL 34429, has been a part of the community for over 30 years and serves as a church and a school.
The new high school will provide students with a state-of-the-art learning environment, featuring modern classrooms, science labs, and athletic facilities. According to church leaders, the new school will allow Seven Rivers Christian to expand its educational offerings and provide a Christian education to more students in the Citrus County area. The school will offer grades 9-12 and will have a planned enrollment of around 200 students.
