The Fourth Annual Nature Coast Holistic Health Expo will take place on March 14 at the Citrus County Expo Center, 8515 S. Pine Ave., Crystal River. The event, which focuses on mind, body, and spirit, will feature various vendors, workshops, and demonstrations.
The expo will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include a range of activities, such as yoga and meditation sessions, health screenings, and demonstrations of alternative therapies. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children under 12. Organizers expect hundreds of attendees from across the region to participate in the event.
