A community pharmacist from Maryville, Tennessee, recently expressed gratitude to Brashear’s Pharmacy in Lecanto for helping his family in a time of need. On March 12, Phil LaFoy’s son called him from Fort Island Trail Park, where they had forgotten his granddaughter’s medication. LaFoy, a former pharmacy owner, reached out to Brashear’s Pharmacy and spoke with pharmacist David, who was able to assist them immediately.
LaFoy praised David and the team at Brashear’s for their help, saying they averted a crisis and allowed his family to continue their vacation. He encouraged residents to consider Brashear’s Pharmacy for their medication needs, especially those looking for a more personal touch. In a separate letter, a resident expressed support for Pastor Justin Strickland, who spoke out against John Labriola at a recent Library Advisory Board meeting.
