A Cold Weather Shelter will be open in Citrus County from Sunday to Tuesday, February 22-24, to provide relief to those in need during the cold weather.
The shelter will be located at the Citrus County Health Department, 806 S. Pine Ave, Crystal River. The shelter will be open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM each night, and will provide a warm and safe place for individuals to stay during the cold weather. The shelter is a collaborative effort between the Citrus County Health Department, the City of Crystal River, and other local organizations.
