The Cold Weather Shelter in Citrus County will be open from Sunday to Tuesday, February 22-24, to provide relief to those in need during the cold weather.
The shelter is located at the Citrus County Health Department, 806 S. Pine Ave, Citrus Springs, and will be open from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. each day. The shelter is a collaborative effort between Citrus County, the City of Citrus Springs, and local non-profit organizations to provide a safe and warm place for individuals and families who may be homeless or in need of temporary housing.
