A Cold Weather Shelter will be open in Citrus County from Sunday to Tuesday, Feb. 22-24, providing a safe space for residents in need.
The shelter will be located at the Citrus County Warming Center, 1005 SE US-301, Crystal River. It will be open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM each day, offering food, water, and warmth to those seeking refuge from the cold weather.

Citrus County encourages residents to check on vulnerable neighbors, especially the elderly and those with disabilities, during this cold weather period.
