Charles “Doug” Smith, 93, of Crystal River, died at 7:10 p.m. on February 26, 2026, at Life & Love Assisted Living. He was under the care of VITAS Hospice.
Smith was a husband, farmer, contractor, dad, papa, great grandpa, and friend. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones. No further details about his funeral or memorial services have been released.
